You can personalise items directly through our website or message us for something more specific.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship throughout the UK. If you’re overseas, get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on the size of the item and delivery option selected.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

What are the workshops like?

Our workshops are friendly, creative, and hands-on. You’ll learn new skills and make something unique to take home. You can book on our website or email us with your voucher code to arrange your session.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, well-behaved dogs are welcome in the garden workshop.

Do I need any experience?

Not at all! Our workshops are suitable for complete beginners as well as those with some experience.

Can I book a private or group session?

We don’t really have a huge amount of space in the workshop so would have to limit to couples.

We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Do you accept returns?

As most of our items are personalised, we can’t accept returns unless an item is faulty. If there’s a problem, please contact us.
