Where do you ship to?

We ship throughout the UK. If you’re overseas, get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on the size of the item and delivery option selected.

How long will it take to arrive?

Please bear with us - I work full time and because everything is made to order it may take a little time. Unfortunately a lot of the ‘handmade’ items on websites like Etsy are bulk ordered from overseas and then drop shipped which is how they manage their speedy deliveries.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

Do you accept returns?

As most of our items are personalised, we can’t accept returns unless an item is faulty. If there’s a problem, please contact us.
